Vegetable CSA

At Crickhollow we follow the Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) model of farming. That means members sign up for a full season’s worth of herbs and vegetables and make installment payments up-front and throughout the season.

The CSA model allows us to invest in growing the very best food we can!

How it works

Our CSA season runs for 20 weeks, from June to November. You will receive a bundle of 8-10 fresh items each week.  You will receive a mix of regular vegetables that we all know and love – like lettuce, tomatoes, carrots – as well as more unusual vegetables – like rapini or different mixed greens.  We encourage our members to preserve vegetables by freezing, canning or drying and we will provide recipes throughout the season on how to do this.

  • CSA bundles are about a half bushel basket full of vegetables (8-10 items).  Each Bundle feeds a veggie-loving couple or a family.

Members pick up their bundles on the farm. See more details on pick ups below.

CSA share payments are made up-front in order to help us with the early season costs of producing our herbs and vegetables.  If you need to make a different arrangement, just ask. We will also accept a limited number of Saubucks.

  • CSA bundle: $675
